You will need to supply:

DMC 6-stranded embroidery floss (10 colors)*; One 6 inch embroidery hoop or Mini Mini 2 Lap Frame; Backing fabric 8 x 8" remnant, lining fabric 8 x 10" remnant, muslin underling (if your lining is very light-weight); 7 mm wide ribbon 24" length for ties and trim; 1/8" cording or gimp 45" length for trim;
