Diamond Stitch

Diamond Stitch (or Smyrna) is a Norwegian technique, usually stitched with wool yarn. To stitch: 1st stitch a cross, then stitch a plus sign on top of that. It is very easy to do. Usually the stitches are large, so it's stitches up rather quickly.
